Someone speculate Preoptic - anterior hypothalamus area ( PO/AH)is EP 's main functionary position. EP raise body temperature by centrum fever medium. At present, cAMP and PGE₂ are known as centrum fever medium.Heat shock transcription factor( HSF) are sets of proteins rifeness exist in biology cell. Their structure and function have abroad alike. HSF1 is very sensitivity to heat. On the heat stimulative, HSF1 monomer can combine trimerization to control HSP70(Heat shock protein 70). Our laboratory 's study results show that HSF1 can depress exterior EP' s production.This study is to discuss HSF1 of thermoregulation centrum how toparticipate in temperature limit. We use LPS(lipopolysaccharide) to make rabbit fever model to observe the expression of HSF1,HSP70 and cAMP,PGE₂ in hypothalamus at different time. We hope to search the mechanism of body' s temperature limit.Methods1. Animol model preparation :30 rabbits were divided into 6 groups by random:5 rabbits of every group. The control group, LPS - feverish - 60min, LPS - feverish - 120min, LPS - fe-verish - 180min, LPS - feverish - 240min, UPS - feverish - 300min group. Take off hypothalamus at the just time of every model. Then put them into liquid nitrogen 20min. At last, put them into - 70°^ refrigeratory to examine. The expression of cAMP and PGE2: Radialization immunoassay. The expression of HSFl and HSP70: Western blot.2. To the second peak value at 180min( AT is 1.88 ±0.25 300min) ,the relative analysis indicated that the trimerization of HSFl manifested the negative correlation with the content of cAMP,PGE2(r= - 0.977,r= - 0.978, P<0.01).
