In this paper, some basic theory for first order differential equations is generalized to the fractional differential equations. First,by using a suitable extension of the Lipschitz condition, we gave a general result of existence, which extended preceding results. This result in paper 3, to be published in Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications.Second, we give an estimate about the solution dependence on fractional order, using the estimate to obtain some appropriate solution for such differential equations.Such results appeared in paper 2.Third, we used Laplace Transform and Gronwall inequality with simultaneously to study the stability of fractional linear systems and its perturbed linear systems ,then obtained some interested results. These results appeared in paper 1.
