The research is based on a Chinese " 863 " project named "The preparation of the sub-functionsegment of function gene and the technology platform of quality control". The succession of "theresearch using the Swarm Particle Optimization optimize the separate purification condition offunction gene peptide "was funded by National Natural Science Fund of China. The target of theresearch was the preparation monitoring system of sub-function segment of function gene, which isone type of living beings active peptide. Base on the preparation craft of sub-function segment offunction gene, utilizing PLC, industrial control computer, intelligence instrument, and etc., we setup a monitoring system that fulfilled the functions as the settlement and modification of theparameter of the instrument, as the memorization and inquiry of the database.The PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm on solving optimizing problem has anadvantage over other algorithm. Aiming at the disadvantage of classical PSO algorithm, weimproved PSO algorithm and put forward a new algorithm named Multi-Weight PSO .We use theMWPSO optimized the standard test function and analyse the test result. We find the test result isbetter than before. Base this test result, we use the MWPSO optimized the parameter of the PIDcontrol .The method made it possible to improve the precision of PID controls without influencingits stability control. Also such method made code become simpler and easier to realize, whichmeans a better prospective in industrial market.The last craft link of this platform is to using the reversed-phase ion-pair chromatogram to putthe goal polypeptide into the high-efficient liquid phase chromatograph to separate and purify. Thetraditional working technique needs a large number of repeated experiment operations to find thebest parameters for separating. Based on studies related to the conditions for separatinghigh-efficient liquid phase chromatogram terms, we adopted PSO algorithm to optimized the flowlooks volume percentage density and hydrogen ion index that influence the separate result badly.The result of the chromatogram has shown the feasibility and validity of this method, such as,reducing the experimental operations, shortening the development period, and improving therecovery rate and quality of the products.
