With the continuous development of Internet technology , some considerable attentions have been directed to the integrated control system and network communication system. So NCS is proposed. The insert of network in the control system can improve the system's performance, but inevitably bring the following problems: network-induced delay, dropping of network packets and single-packet or multiple-packet transmission of plant inputs and outputs. The presence of these problems can degrade the performance of control system and can even destabilize the system. Therefore, the study of networked control systems has important significance of practical.Based on Lyapunov stability theory, through using linear matrix inequality, this paper proposes analysis and synthesis method for the networked control systems with different plant by designed new controllers and observers. This paper is organized as follows. In chapter one, the engineering background and recent research achievements are introduced. In chapter two, the stability of networked control systems with output transfer delay is analysed. In chapter three, the concept of the networked switching systems is introduced. A switching observer and a switching controller are designed by means of the output signals with time-delay for the networked switching systems. The closed-loop networked switching systems with time-delay is obtained and the sufficient condition of the stability is also proved for arbitrary switching rule and arbitrary time-delay.In the last chapter, in order to eliminate the effect of uncertain parameters and unknown disturbance on networked switching systems, a switching observer and a switching controller with uncertain parameters are designed. We also proved that the closed-loop system is robust stable by means of the Lyapunov stability theory if no disturbance exists. When the system is affected by unknown disturbance, the closed-loop system has a disturbance with some attenuation level.
