Stress had different effects on the growth, behavior and physiological function to human and animals, Under stress, it was influenced not only the configuration, weight, oxygenation and anti-oxygenation system of liver, but also the secretion of bile-the main function of liver.It is well known that, the secretion and discharge of bile were modulated by the nerve, humour and other factors. The modulation action was influenced by the stress, so that the secretion and discharge of bile appeared different changes. We provided some references for the prevention and therapy of hyperirritable disease of liver and the developing of medicament for curing.
