The dissertation, using the Nevanlinna value distribution theory, studies the singular point of meromorphic functions in the unit circle. Firstly, defines the full circle array with zero order; then proves that it exists by the Borel point concerning the type function; as application, proves the existing of Hayman point. The problem of singular point of meromorphic functions with zero order is discussed. Some singularity theorems are obtained, generalizes and improves the work of Gao Z.S and the work of Zhang X L. At the same time, studies the existing of the singular point of holomorphic functions concerning the differential polynomial in the unit circle.
