The issue on alienation of science and technology has been discussed for a long time .The theory productions in this area are considerably fruitful. But few people studies it from the point of the Practice Theory. This paper, from the point of the Practice Theory and the Practical Producing Technology Theory, with the social factors concerned, tries to give a deep discussion of the conception, the representation, and the root of alienation of science and technology ,and then tries to find the way to overcome it so that we can provide the methods and basis to overcome the alienation in our real world .Except the Introduction and the Conclusion, this paper consists of four sections:The first section is about how the ideas of alienation of science and technology shaped and developed. In this section , the ideas of alienation of science and technology in the history are sorted into the Theory of Damaged Technology, the Theory of Harmful Science and the Paradox of Science and Technology . Then the author summarizes the shape and development of the idea of alienation since the modern times, and puts forward the pathway and the significance of this study.The second section is about the paraphrase of alienation of science and technology. Viewed from the point of the Practice Theory, science and technology comes from practice , and it has practical essence in the essential constitution of human beings. The history of the practical activities of human being is that of the production and development of science and technology.
