Sea Surface Temperature ( SST ) is an important part of environment in ocean.It dose not only hold an significant position in the research of climate and the reciprocity of ocean and atmosphere but also has great studying value in protecting entironment of ocean and in prediction.At the same time, SST may throw influence on exploiture of resource in ocean.Researching SST, especially that of north-west Pacific which includes all of sea of china, will provide help in fish culture of ocean, exploitation of resource of life-form in ocean, protecting entironment of ocean and dynamic monitoring and surveying.In the paper,writer deals with Sea Surface Temperature and analyzes it using the nonaday technique of 3S(GPS,RS and GIS) and the language ofmathematics.As a result,find the characteristics and it's dynamic rule of stochastic course.in the end forecast the state in the future.the content involved in the paper have several aspects as following:1. Application of stationary random series analysis in Forecasting Sea Surface Temperature in north-west pacific.2. Analysis of predominant period of monthly anomaly in the north-west pacific.3. Analysis of the characteristic to Sea Surface Temperature of the north-west pacific.
