Programmed the modeling of numerical simulation system of complex marine structure in this paper. And programmed the interface by Visual Basic. Validate the practicability by proper samples. Programmed the model discretization program for seawater pipes in ship.In recent to anticorrosion design, the advanced numerical simulation technique can conquer the imperfection in traditional anticorrosion design method, realizing the optimization design of composite anticorrosion system in the whole life span. BEM method is used in this paper. In order to use BEM to resolve the problem, the first thing we must do is model formation and discretization of model. That is the most important work in this paper. For completing the thesis following aspects has been done.(1) Programming the gridding dissection program for simple pipe node by Fortran, including straight pipe, curved pipe, L pipe, T pipe, y pipe, plane K pipe and space K pipe, etc.(2) Making the calculation of anticorrosion for inner wall of simple pipe node by BEM and Blocked BEM, and analyzing the results. The analyzing is to compare the design for size and location of anode of curved pipe and L pipe with those of straight pipe.(3) Establishing and gridding model of complex marine structure by MSC.Patran. At last we export the information of nodes and elements to files.(4) Programming the connecting program for the files of nodes and elements and the input files that needed by calculation.(5) Programming the interface of numerical simulation system of complex marine structure by Visual Basic, connecting the software and program that requested by system.(6) Take JZ20-2NW simple ocean platform as a sample to validate the practibility of system and analysis the results.
