The rhizobium JMC1402P containing gfp-gusA genes was obtained by bi-parent matting. The interaction between Glomus mosseae and JMC1402P in rice-legume rhizosphere was investigated in two planting systems. In both systems, there is an positive effect of Glomus mosseae on the population size JMC1402P in the rice-legume rhizosphere. Furthermore, the results of sterile organic glass box planting showed that G.mosseae can transport JMC1402P binding on the hyphae vertically. Compared with CK treatment, JMC1402P can promote the mycorrhizal infectivity of G.mosseae on the rice-bean roots in rhizoxbox-soil microcosms .At the same time, Glmosseae promote the nodulation number of JMC1402P ahead of normal nodulating time. Dual-inoculation oiGlomus mosseae and JMC1402P have a obvious promoting effect on rice-legume growth compared to the treatment of ck. Glomus mosseae also show the obvious positive effect on servivaling of rice bean under rigor soil condition.
