In the Loess gully and hilly areas, vegetation is destroyed, soil erosion is serious, naturalconditions are odious and ecological environment conditions are complicated and distinctive. Inthis paper, the microflora and actionmycete resources in artificial vegetation soil, litter and barkwere studied systematically by normal methods. The results were followed:1. Study on isolation methods of actinomycetes of artificial forest litter. It was studied tothe influence of medium variety and thermal treatment of the litter samples to the isolation effectof actinomycetes by plate paint isolation methods. Results showed that: ① The isolation resultsof gauze No. 1 (GA) and straw decay substance agar (SDSA) might reflect the quantity andvariety of the litter studied actinomycetes. ② Thermal treatment(120℃×1.0h) on the littersamples might decrease the quantity of actinomycetes, but colony of actinomycetes would becomebigger, it be isolated easily. In the mean time, the quantity of bacteria would reduce and be benefitfor the isolation of actinomycetes. The quantity of actinomycetes and bacteria of the tested littersamples with 120 ×1.0h were decreased by 15.5% ℃ ~68.8% and 75.8%~99.2% than the check ofnone- thermal treatment respectively. The quantity of tested actinomycetes and the percentage ofantimicrobial actinomycetes would be raised by the thermal treatment(120 ×1.0h) on the l ℃ ittersamples. the quantity of tested actinomycetes and the percentage of antimicrobial actinomyceteswere increased by 25.0%~96.2% and 2.4%~73.6% than the check of none-thermal treatment,respectively.2. Study on the microflora of the artificial vegetation soil, litter and bark. The microflora ofthe artificial vegetation soil, litter and bark were studied by normal methods. The results indicatedthat: ① The quantity of bacterial, fungi and antinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil of differentwood species were different obviously. The ranges of quantity of bacterial, fungi andantinomycetes(GA) in the rhizosphere soil of different wood species were respectively in the2.94~8.88×103cfu/g, 0.59~5.88×103cfu/g and 3.29~15.97×105cfu/g. ② After species of treewere mixed rationally, the quantity of bacterial, fungi and antinomycetes in the rhizosphere soilwere higher than that of pure forest. The quantity of bacterial, fungi and antinomycetes(GA) in therhizosphere soil of mixed forest increased by 17.7%~62.5%,73.1%~88.9% and 31.0%~35.2% thanthat of pure forest. ③ The quantity of three kinds of microbiology in the soil profile of differentartificial vegetation was different; the quantity of three kinds of microbiology decreased as thedepth of soil profile deepened. According to the averge, the quantity of bacterial, fungi andantinomycetes in the soil profile of different artificial vegetation decreased by 88.6%, 98.6% and91.3%; the quantity of bacterial, fungi and antinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil and surface soilof different artificial vegetation were higher than that in the bottom soil, According to the averagethe quantity of bacterial, fungi and antinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil and surface soil ofdifferent artificial vegetation increased by 71.5% and 72.3%, 82.5% and 100%, 90.8 and 75.7%respectively than that in the bottom soil. ④ The quantity of bacterial and fungi in therhizosphere soil of different stand age of Hippophae rhamnoides was different, the order of thequantity of bacterial and fungi(×103cfu/g) was mature forest (9.28 and 2.35) > over mature forest(9.00 and 1.43) >young growth (2.94 and 0.59), and the order of the quantity of actinomycetes (×104cfu/g) in the GA and SDSA was over mature forest (163.8 and 69.0) > mature forest (135.1 and28.6) > young growth (63.9 and 14.7). ⑤ There were the quantity of bacteria, fungi andactinomycetes in the litter and bark of different artificial vegetation, the quantity sequence wasbacteria >actinomycetes > fungi; the quantity of bacteria, actnomycetes and fungi in the differentsorts of litter and bar...
