The Research Of Pyrethrins' Biosynthesis Of Pyrethrum Cinerariifolium Trev.

The Pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev callus was obtain from The Research & Development Center of Biorational Pesticide Northwest Scic-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry to optimization culture conditions in cell suspensions. Plant tissue and cell culture of pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev. For producing pyrethrin and other botanic pesticidal substance and evaluate the usefulness of biotechnological processes for their biosynthesis.the main result show as follows:Fristly , a grow rapidly pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev cell suspension has obtained, The pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev cell suspension grow well at MS+0.5mg/L2,4-D+0.5mg/L 6-BA. order to optimize the culture conditions in cell suspensions of Pyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev, uniform design and central combination design are employed to test the improvement of medium components. The best paramenters were defined: saccharrose 40.60/L, nitrogen 85.95mmol/L. phosphor 0.78 mmol/L. The cell weigh reach 10.5g is the not optimization 193%. At the basis of media we study the paramenters of cell viability ,saccharrose , pH and fresh cell weigh.Secondly, we choose the original material and some effects of related factors on MVA pathway adding in the cell suspension at the 10d.The results have shown that these regulators can significantly enchance the yield of pyrethins by supplementing with 50mg/L of Cinnamic acid, 10mg/L of salicylic acid, and 1mg/L of AgNO3.Thirdly, we studied the extract process of the culture's productiong, bioassay and gas chromatography(GS).And we found the cell callus have pyrethins and Jasmolinâ…¡is high.Finally, There was some difference in pyrethins in 500ml-3000ml cell culture,the result show pyrethrins decrease as the process.
