The appliance of The DTH reverse circulation drilling technology in geography drilling engineer is gradually catching people's eyes. It is looked as a new technology after diamond drilling technology and is of abroad using fields. The technology of chip continually removal by reverse circulation of DTH is one of direction of DTH drilling technology development. This technology centralizes three merits of drilling technology that includes DTH fracturing rock, fluent removal by reverse circulation and continually obtaining sample in drilling. This technology uses double-well drilling pole. The air-condensed is put into drilling hole through the gap of doubt-well drilling pole and the waste air after DTH working is returned to ground carrying rock grain through the core of double-well drilling pole.The construction engineer academic of ilin university has always been researching on the technology of chip continually removal by reverse circulation of DTH. We have never stopped since "七.五" periods and now have made this technology becoming the world advanced level. Now the construction engineer academic of jilin university is undertaking the CGS's projects "the research and development of high effective drilling technology under complex strata in the west in our country". Its working texts are the applying research of run-through DTH under complex strata condition and research the drilling technology and drilling implements from several aspects as follows.1. Further physical study on the reverse circulation mechanics and compare the effects of reverse circulation discharging rock and existing questions of reverse circulation drilling bit under complex strata condition. As a result, we may improve and perfect reverse circulation sample drilling bit's construct.2. Continually develop the DTH technology and correlational drilling implement construct through experiment that may improve the reliability and working lives.3. Through experiment may we research the matching of the parameter of DTH computer simulating calculation and the parameters of drilling in exploring exerting location and the air power. At last we may realize the optimized drilling of DTH.4. Through experiment may we research the matching of small diameter serial run-through core DTH and the rock core drilling and the drilling hole construct. As a result we may use multi-technical air drilling technology according to different strata condition.There are existing several questions as follows in the first stage outdoor producing experiment of serial run-through DTH in molybdenum and tungsten mine exploring in Nan nihu and San daozhuang in luan chuang in henan province.the problem that reverse circulation cannot be generated well;the problem that the core pole of DHT often becomes rupture;the problem that the piston of DTH often becomes rupture;the problem that the supper junction of inner pole of drilling hole often becomes disjoined.In the drilling experimental process of the second stage, we not only enforce the physical research on the reverse circulation mechanics of serial run-through DTH, but also go on reasonable optimized on the DTH and the structure of drilling implements that are relational with the DTH. Through this experiment are the up problems resolved well. What's more, it also improves greatly the reliability of the run-through DTH on the complex strata and particular complex strata, realizes reasonable drilling pole structure and the integration of drilling implements, optimizes operational techniques and technical methods and at last it also makes the technology keep the international advanced level. Up to writing the academic thesis, 36 drilling have been completed, the completed amount of work has up to 1335.12m that excesses the formulated drilling mission of the project that plans to complete 300m. In the normal drilling process, the average mechanical drilling velocity is 4.11m/h. The highest mechanical drilling velocity may up to 26.13m/h. According to these experiments, we believe that...
