Based on reference to the convention means of the analysis and research for energy spectrum hardening and photon scattering in internal and external, making full use of Beer law and Compton scattering intensity equation, this paper approximatively deduce a theoretical formula of correction of energy spectrum hardening and scattered radiation in Transmission X-ray Industrial Computerized Tomography from a ideal model. And presented a correction computer program. Following is our main work and important conclusions:(1) The question of energy spectrum hardening. We used the X-ray continuous spectrum transmission intensity formula and Beer law, and then we educe that the attenuation coefficient is the function of thickness, and that the relation figure and the expression of the attenuation coefficient and the thickness are inferred.And then we deduce a theoretical formula of correction of energy spectrum hardening. (2) Making use of the experiment of the correlation reference, the relation figure of the efficiency spectrum and the thickness are concluded.And analyzing the two relation figure of the attenuation coefficient and thickness and the efficiency spectrum and thickness,the result accords with the experiment of the correlation reference.Thus our correction of spectrum hardening is precise and feasible.. (3) Making a comprehensive view of the experiment of the correlation reference,we know that X-ray continuous spectrum has a very good relationship with the function of Gauss.Thus the material expression of correction of spectrum hardening is presented. (4) The question of photon scattering. Based on the physical mechanism of scattering phenomenal and the Compton scattering intensity equation, we concluded the formal that can approximatively counts the scattering photons which are detected by detectors. (5) By analyzing round section ,the reasoning out process and conclusion on integral limit of round section and a correction computer program are presented.
