The earth surface is the unique surface of atmosphere system that has physical meaning, and it is the main import surface of atmosphere energy too. all kinds of process which happen to the land will directly influence the existence and the development of human being, at the same time the existence and the development of human being also influence the nature and the process of the land, and influence the exchange of substance and energy, and further influence the climate and the environment, and also the existence of mankind itself, so it is very important to study the interactional influence between the earth surface and atmosphere.This text has done the following job: The first ,which has told that the current situation of the ecological environment and the purpose and meaning of research, introduced the development of the regional climate mode and current situation ; the second, which has introduced the quiet dynamics frame of MM5, difference scheme of number value calculation of strength of MM5 mode, five kinds of side borders condition suitable for choosing in MM5 model, physics course scheme in MM5, planetary border layers scheme and atmosphere radiation parameter scheme; The third, which has told experimental design of mode which descript and go on controlling experiment and sensitiveness experiment on the desert and the oasis around it in the North of Xinjiang; the fourth, which has analyzed especially several kinds of calculation results of the above-mentioned simulation experimental design, by all kinds of contrast analyze experimental result. We find that, through the man-made vegetation change of the earth surface, the sensitiveness experiments of desert afforesting and the sensitiveness experiment of oasis desertificatiing well reflect the changes of somemeteorological key elements. In this paper, we will mainly analyze the impact of the changes of vegetation covers on regional climate in North xinjiang through the changes of four pieces of meteorological key element, i.e., surface temperature, wind field, the mix rate of water and vapor, the mix rate of rain. At the same time, we also prove the adaptability of MM5 mode simulation in Xinjiang arid district; the fifth, the conclusion part of this paper, summarizes some results fetched through the simulation experiment of the model, and explains the reason of accuracy and not determinant of these results.In this paper, the numerical simulation of the impact of North xinjiang vegetation cover change on regional climate is only preliminary, and need further study from many aspects afterwards. We hope that, through this kind of mode simulation experiment, people can correctly estimate the impact of mankind activity on climate and mankind's living environment in future, prevent the frequently appearance of unusual climate, and improve the natural environment in future. We also hope that this paper will present certain scientific basis for rationally developing and utilizing land resource and climate resource, and making environmental protection countermeasure and policy of national economy construction department.
