Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forest is the zonal vegetation in East China. However, it has been badly destroyed at present. Faced with fragmentation of Evergreen Broad- Leaved Forest, its protection work has been launched. To protect Evergreen Broad- Leaved Forest, we must understand its fragmentation status and causation at first. We obtain the data of Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forest by RS, and analyze the data by GIS. The article analyzes the fragmentation status of Evergreen Broad- Leaved Forest in Tianmu mountain, Tiantong mountain and Qiandao Lake region. The article gives emphasis to the study of quantitative relationship between fragmentation status of Evergreen Broad- Leaved Forest and elevation, slope, aspect, human activities factors, isolation of lake, and gets the spacial distribution principle of Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forest fragmentation. From the article, we draw some conclusion as follows:In Tianmu mountain, it is effected by nature and human activities at the same time.In Tiantong mountain, it is mainly effected by human activities. In Qiandao lake, it is effected by the isolation of lake, and it iseffected by human activities indirectly.Nature factors have the decisive influence on Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forest fragmentation. The environment influences the distribution and development of Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forest directly.Human activities are the most active factor of all. It affects the degree of Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forest fragmentation most complex. In the sequence of slope, aspect, elevation, human activities, isolation of lake, the degree that fragmentation is influenced increases.Fragmentation of Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forest is a pervasive phenomena in East of China. Its characteristic and degree has great difference by the region of study. And it is affected by many factors.
