Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is a new imaging technique in medicine for resent year. It has some good qualities, such as non-ionizing radiation, non-invasive, high resolution and sensitivity. OCT has played an important role in the field of medicine and biology. To make use of the coherence characteristic of the low-coherence light source, OCT produces cross-sectional images of the internal microstructure of living tissue. The OCT system is the combinations of the confocal microscopy and the low-coherence interferometer. The Michelson interferometer is the heart of the system, which composed of light source, interferometer, delay scanning line and signal processing. The axis resolution of system is decided by coherence length of the light source. Compared with other imaging techniques, optical coherence tomography has a broad developing perspective. Increasing the imaging speed can produce imaging real time. The traditional OCT system produces a two-dimensional imaging through point-scanning mode whose scanning speed is slow, and it limits the real time measurement of the system. To developing the study of high-speed imaging, a new method of OCT imaging technique has been designed in this paper. And the completed works of this paper is:Designing the structure of OCT system with point-focus mode, studying the OCT with the broadband light in 1570nm, and analyzing the parts of system.Constructing the optical experiment structure and debugging the instrument. Use special sample in the OCT experiment and gained the relevant imaging of one dimension. The system can make cross-section tomography. Analyzing the implement error for system.Designing a new method of high-speed OCT. Replacing the point-focus mode with line-focus mode. To incearse the scanning speed by scanning a 2D imaging in one dimension.Analyzing the interference principle of line-focus imaging mode. Using ZEMAX to simulating the system. Obtaining the interference pattern and analyzing the aberration of optical system.
