This paper researched relativity between glass structure factor [ψ] and temperature coefficient f(TD) in R2O(RO)-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system photochromic glass. Based the result we developed photochromic glass with lower temperature coefficient.Researched physics factor's influence to photochromic performance. Found there is relativity between max effective activation wavelength λk and ion radius of photochromic compose in photochromic glass, and there is no relativity with based glass. Found relationship on increasing value of saturation darkening degree △DS and activation intension. Discussed nonlinear relationship of photochromic glass between saturation darkening degree △DS and sample thickness.Investigation on heat treat process indicated: transparent of AgX photochromic glass lower in near ultraviolet area after heat treat process, the light absorbtion is similar with AgX crystal. With increase of heat treatment, AgX photochromic glass's value of saturation darkening degree higher and fading speed lower.
