In this article, a integrative device of air-conditioner and desalter was brought forwrd,which possesses the function of desalination , air-conditioning and dehumidification. It's constituted with high-efficient humidifier, preheater, evaporator condenser, bidirectional air blower, air-cooled condenser and water-cooled condenser. Compared with traditional desalination device, the system utilizes the heat from condenser and cold of evaporator of air-conditioner fully, reclaims latent heat, has a high economic coefficient, and gains high quality fresh water. The structure is compact. The refrigeration coefficient of the system is higher than the common home air-conditioner in its air-condition function.The ability to regulate humidity is stronger. At the time of dehumidification, it can regulate air temperature in a big range.After analysed the heat-humidity course of each part in the system, mathematics model of each part and some helpful conclusions were put forward, which will offer the theoretical direction for the further optimization of the system.Several indexes have been proposed :such as thermodynamics efficiency and the consuming rate of power to evaluate the performance of desalination, refrigeration coefficient and thermodynamics efficiency in the air-conditioning,and ability to regulate temperature and humidity in dehumidification system. Which offer the foundation of evaluation to systematic performance.A prototype machine was set up. To prove exactness and feasibility of mathematics model of system, all performance in device have been carried on the experiment. In order to improve the experiment efficiency, the priority method in experiment has been proposed. Some improvement conclusions of system design were taken, which point the direction of the optimization of the system. The experimental data indicate the system has a very high economic coefficient.
