Picard Exceptional Value And Normal Family Of Meromorphic Function

This thesis studies the Picard exceptional values and normal families of meromorphic functions. With regard to Picard exceptional values of meromorphic functions, the author obtains a new theorem which improved the results of Mues and Zhang Qingde. With regard to normal families of meromorphic functions, the author analyzes the connection between normality criteria and shared values. Through the analysis, the author obtains a series of normality criteria.
