As the utilization prospects of insect resource were very broad and its resource potential were very great, In the case that there are more and more population but less and less resource in the day, how can we use this resource become a hot theme. This paper reviewed the produce, development, and research hotspot on insect resource , utilize actuality and development of insect resources in China, and integrated exploitation and utilization of fly species' larva and imago. Identifiability, filtration and biologic characteristics observation of three fly species in Harbin of China were narrated, and it was evaluated to these fly species' larva and imago nutrition in this paper.Studies results showed that Lucilia sericata Meigen, Aldrichina grahami Aldrich and Parasarcophaga crassipalpis Macquart are excellent fly species in population. The excellent fly species have regular succession phenomenon as seasonal and temporal changement. I evaluate the nutrition of their powder on the base of filtration and biologic characteristic's observation. Their proteinic content are59.47%, 76.24%, 62.03%, 70.34%, 62.15% and 73.28% respectively. Their fatty content are 23.92%, 8.69%, 20.48%, 9.77%, 18.75%, 8.83% respectively. There are large numbers of amino acid in their body which is necessary for people. The amount of necessary amino acid (E%) is all 40% above. It is between 0.85-1 in the ratio of necessary to unnecessary amino acid (E/N) which exceed perfect protein mode. There are abundant mineral in the three fly's body. The iron and zinc content of larva is more than mature fly. The content of Parasarcophaga crassipalpis larva is 684ug/g and 170.5ug/g respectively. Aldrichina grahami and Lucilia sericata is 664 ug/g, 158 ug/g and 630 ug/g, 150. 15 ug/g. The kalium content of larve is between 1.26%~1.73% but mature fly is only between 1.09%~2.31%. The calcium content of three fly is not more than perfect soybean. However, the phosphorus content is overrun normal milk powder. Three fly puparium was rich in vase chitin. Chitin content of Lucilia sericata Meigen, Aldrichina grahami Aldrich and Parasarcophaga crassipalpis Macquart are 33.47%, 41.52% and 42.18% respectively. So Lucilia sericata Meigen, Aldrichina grahami Aldrich and Parasarcophaga crassipalpis Macquart are not only all wool and a yard wide feeding and edible insect but also have widest use in medical treatment.
