And adopted a new thinking of "drawing separated ,Image-suite wholly" , and proposed a new way of drawing BMP high efficiency and eliminated flickering, It improve the efficiency of Image-suite. And analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of the Math Modal of Image-suite. And study the Image-thresholding, image-thinning. For the purpose of practical production , developed the system of Image-suite of scanned topographical map on the base of VC.net platform , It has needed practical value.
