The subject of this paper is a discussion and analysis for the relationship of different oceanic environmental parameters influencing each other , and relationship of the statistical distribution between data errors and inverted parameters errors by numerical simulation in a representative oceanic environment . Knowing the bottom parameters, the influence of the mismatch of the bottom parameters for the inverted water sound speed and the relationship of the statistical distribution between bottom parameters errors and inverted water sound speed errors are studied using modal wave number tomography scheme. A perturbative shallow water tomography scheme based on the modal wave number inversion technique is considered in this paper. And it could estimate the bottom sound speed and density. The result of the influence of the mismatch of the water parameters for the inverted bottom sound speed and density and the relation of the statistical distribution between data errors and inverted parameters errors are studied by this scheme.The numerical simulation shows:1. The normal modal wave number inversion is a potential inversion scheme in inverting the bottom parameters and work well.2. By discussing the environmental parameters interacting each other , the influential relation of different environmental parameters is different. The water depth is the most sensitive and have a great effect on the inverted water and bottom parameters. The bottom density have a smaller effect than bottom sound speed on inverted water sound speed , and the absorption coefficient affect little to inveted water sound speed.3. The result of a discussion about the statistical distribution shows there are different distribution forms between the data errors and estimated parameters in non-linearity inversion. The precision of estimated bottom sound speed is well than the estimated bottom density. Although there is a same data errors distribution in perturbative inversion, the distribution of each inverted EOF coefficient is different.In MFI,the thesis uses the bottom reflection phase shift as the cost function and the modal wave number as input data. Also,it makes errors analysis by the statistical distribution between data errors and parameter errors. There are some new ideas in it.
