| In this paper , we introduce the concepts of star element and star ideal of a semiring, and discuss the star construction of semirings.The paper is separated into four parts. Firstly, we introduce the concepts of star element, and star semiring . Secondly, we introduce the concept of star ideal of a semiring and discuss its properties. Thirdly, we introduce the concept of star congruence of a semiring and characterize quotient structure about Rees congruences. Finally , we introduce the concept of star homomorphism of semirings and discuss its properties. |
