The purpose of this work is to probe antinuclear-nuclear interaction the best form of potential corresponding to potential parameter through antiproton-nuclear scattering. It has important theoretical meaning for reflecting the research of the interaction potential of nuclear force has important theoretical meanings In the framework of Glauber theory and distorted wave impulse approximation (DWIA) , being spin-independent, inelastic scattering three low exciting states ( J* = 2+, 4. 44MeV; J" =0+, 7. 66MeV; J" = 3-, 9. 63MeV) of 600MeV/c antiproton from 12C is calculated by using three annihilation potentials and the transition densities obtained from fitting to the electron scattering data. The results are seen to be in fairly well agreement with the available experimental data. We have studied the variation of the differential cross section in inelastic scattering with the parameters of annihilation potential and compared with experimental data. We have got the better potential parameters of three models and the graph of the differential cross section, give the range of the best parameters. The results indicated that: choosing proper parameter, we regard three annihilation potentials as basic input and will get fairly good result. Describing antiproton-nuclear scattering by using each annihilation potential is feasible. It is rare that we study antiproton-nuclear inelastic scattering and elastic scattering by using phenomenological annihilation potentials. The achievement has an important reference value to the development of nuclear physics.
