The thesis gives the background acknowledges and the developing procedure of the cosmological theory, summarizes the viewpoints in the standard cosmological model and the confirmations from observing experiments. And the thesis sums the problems in the standard cosmological model and the inflation theory that can solve these problems. The thesis also discusses the origin of the universe and the theory of quantum cosmology.The thesis puts out a new density function of relativistic and the non- relativistic matters at any proportions. Using the new density function, we gives the relations between the different parameters (such as the parameter of density, the cosmological constant and the proportion parameter etc) and the evolution of the universe, furthermore, the concrete curve in the figure is shown up.The exact solution of the Einstein field equation is gained under the popular conditions when,the new general expression of the density function is deduced., the new solution of the cosmic scale factor is further derived out under different evolution model. We find that the cosmic scale factor has the form of exponent inflation if the cosmological constant contributes to the positive material density, and the factor is composite function of cosine if the cosmological constant contributes to the negative material, furthermore, we gain the new formality of the pressure and the temperature in the procedure of cosmological evolution.With the general formality of the Lagrange of the quantum cosmology, we gain the Wheeler-De Witt equation under the constraint conditions, we also give the concrete expressions of the Wheeler-De Witt equation according to different. And we obtain the Wheeler-De Witt equation based on the Brans-Dicke theory. A generalized model of cosmological birth is shown up, further give the solution of its Wheeler-De Witt equation, expatiate physical significance of the solution.
