Based on the fact that the possibility that the life-time of the lightest top-aquark t1 ( t) may be long enough and it may form a bound state with another quark before its decay has not been ruled out yet, and focusing only on the bound states of the lightest top squark t1 ( t1) and a heavy quark Q(Q)in this paper, we ,with QCD inspired kernel, establish the Bethe-Salpeter equation of the binding systems, i.e. (ct}) and (bt1) (or their antiparticles) etc. We investigate these systems and give their spectroscopy by means of solving the equation.
