Distant sexual hybridization is not only one of the most important way by which new species come into being in the nature, but also an important measure by which new types or products are synthetized. In this discourse we will discribe a distant sexual hybridization experiment in witch 19 real young plants of generation FI were generated from maternal plant-A.yuanjiangensis Xiong , Zheng et Liu of Aloe L. and parternal p\ant-A.saponaria(Ait.) Haw. By the compare research of peroxide isoenyme (POD) on the 5 species of plants of Aloe L. eg. The paternal and maternal plants real young plants of generation FI Num. 4 A. vera L., A. chinensis (Haw.) Baker, etc. It is easy to distinguish the respective charcteristic enzyme zones of the 5 species of plants of Aloe L. although their enzyme spectrums are rather similar. Especialy the distinctive differences between real plants FI and their paternal and maternal plants prove that the new intermediate types were generated. The results of the category analysis also tells us that the hereditary distance(D) of all the species are very different obviasly. This discourse hololsnp the conseuts of A. chinensis (Haw.) Baker and A. yuanjiangensis Xiong , Zheng et Liu are takeu as two independent species, and provid reliable classification basis on molecular level. In addition, the pollens of 9 species of Aloe L. scanned with eiectromicroscope, it is found that the characteristics of the pollen shapes very different and there will be refference value to the study of the classification of Aloe L.
