The FRP Honeycomb Sandwich composite materials that has characteristics of light weight, high strength and easily made-up, is now extensively used in fieldwork. When the fieldwork that was made of FRP Honeycomb Sandwich was shallow buried, the structure deformation and the relation between structure and medium under the explosive loading has been researched at present. According to characteristic of Finate Element method and the FRP Honeycomb Sandwich composite materials, the equivalent model and destroy rule of the FRP Honeycomb Sandwich composite materials' structure was brought forward from the point of engineering. The solution format and caculation step of nonlinear dynamic equilibrium equation was derived by Newmark Method in this article, and dynamic caculation flow chart and relevant program of the FRP Honeycomb structure was given in two dimension. The shallow buried structure of FRP Honeycomb Sandwich was comprehensively analyzed and calculated by Finite Element Method. The calculating formulation of shallow buried FRP Honeycomb Sandwich structure was amended by Constantino model that combined American army and former Soviet experience formulary in this article. According to the dynamic analysis of the fieldworks that was made of FRP Honeycomb Sandwich, and contracting with testing result and data, the deformation regular and data of fieldworks structure was the same with experiment. Therefore, the program, calculating way and model that was afforded in this article was reasonable and feasible.
