The Basic Appliced Study In Two Species Of Corydalis

In the thesis, the author studied the contents of the flora, SDS-PAGE, tetrahydropal-matine, alkaloids, essential constituents et al in Corydalis adunca Maxim.and Corydalis straminea Maxim. The author believed that the area where Corydalis distributes richly in Gansu is from 34°30' to 35°30'(N) and from 102° to 105°(E). The method of SDS-PAGE was used to analyse the electrophoretic band of their seeds, and compare Corydalis adunca Maxim.living in Gannan area with three kinds of Corydalis straminea Maxim living in different environments. By the principle of the higher of the similarity index of protein, the similarer of their blood relationship, author thought Corydalis adunca Maxim.living in Gannan is the similarest with Corydalis straminea Maxim living in Lunzhong area. Then analysing the alkaloids in Corydalis adunca. Maxim. and Corydalis straminea Maxim by color reaction, Author believed that the main alkaloids are isoquinoline alkaloid. At the first time, the method of dual-wavelength scanning was used to determine the content of tetrahydropal-matine in Corydalis adunca Maxim.and Corydalis straminea Maxim. then, author analysed the interal and outeral reasons leading to the difference. Analysing the contents of essential oil in the two species by GC-MS and knowing that most of chemical contents in Corydalis adunca Maxim.are alcohol, ester and ketone. the highest content in it is 1.6-octadien-3-ol, 3.7-dimethyl- whose content is 46.80%, the second is 1.6- Octadien-3-ol,3.7-dimethyl-,2-aminobenzoate whose content is 11.90%. but, the contents of essential oil in Corydalis straminea Maxim is simpler than that one, most of their chemical contents are long-chain alkylations, whose C are from 15 to 36. For example, eicosane is 13.62%, octadecane is 7.57%, nonadecane is 7.92%. The content of alkylation having branched chain are also higher. Such as Nonane, 3,7-dimethyl (2.37%), Heptadecane, 2,6,10,14-tetramethyl (1.64%), Tetracomtane, 3,5,24-trimethyl (1.52%) et al; The last point we know that many alcohol, ester and ketone exist in the essential oil of C.straminea.Maxim. such as diphenylamine (1.40%), alpha-Cadinol (1.11%), phytol (1.83%), 2,15-Hexadecanedione et al. At last, author analysed the ability of utilization of the two species.
