In ICF research, the diagnosis of laser-produced plasma is a important area.It is important to research each mechanism of interaction between laser and plasma and verify stimulant program,then to direct designs for driver and target form.Electron density is one of basic parameters of laser-produced plasma,so it has a important role in diagnosis of laser-produced plasma. It is a significant part in the development of diagnostic technique to develop feasible and effective methods to diagnose electron density (?0.1nc) of laser-produced plasma in coronal.Holographic interferometry is a effective measurement method to diagnose the electronic density of laser-produced plasma.We have designed a set of ultraviolet probe and holographic interferometer system on "XG-?" laser facility, where probe wavelength can be short as 0.308nm.Igoring effect of magnetic field,electron density can be measuremented exactly.In this paper, holographic interferometry is interpreted in detail and and the experimental results are presented and analysed.We obtained holographic interferogram , from which we gotthe space distribution of plasma electron density by Abel inversion. A Windows-based data processing software has been developed.By contrasting to other software,this software is proved to be correct.
