Based on the detailed investigations on the condition of hydrogeology in Huize Pb-Zn mining area, it is indicated that there exists three kinds of the aquifer system hi the area. There are pore-water aquifer, basalt fissure aquifer and carbonate rock aquifer. The latter is also divided into top, middle, and lower aquifer. Among the aquifer system, the relationship and some regular about supplying, groundwater runoff and drainingoff of groundwater were analyzed systematically.Through analyzing the water sampled from different aquifer system, it suggests that obviously different hydrochemical characteristics are present in these kinds of water. In this thesis, the groundwater environmental quality of the area is contrasted and evaluated separately via utilizing the methods of integrated index, fuzzy mathematics integrated index and TOPSIS. Based on these results, the environmental quality grade of the groundwater in various aquifers is comprehensively evaluated. The result indicates that the quality of basalt fissure and the karstic water quality are better. The result also indicates that most of the groundwater quality is II -HL and some is IV-V. The lower groundwater has been polluted to varing degrees. All these informations and materials are rarely important for the exploitation, Utilization of groundwater and the protection of water resource.
