This thesis discusses the law of solute movement in groundwater of levees. Main contents are summarized as follow. In chapter 1, the principle and engineering measures of bringing under control are analyzed at first, the problem of water environment arisen in harnessing closed levees are discussed, too. Then present conditions of simulation research on solute movement in groundwater are summarized. In addition, the importance and contents of simulation research on solute movement in groundwater are set forth. Finally, this question for study is put forward. The basic equations of underground water movement and groundwater contamination are drawn in chapter 2. the continuance equation of seepage in groundwater and partial differential equation of 3-D water movement is discussed in groundwater movement equation; the law of eternally fixed mass and dispersion equations of single ingredient in solution, the establishment of water force dispersion equation are discussed in water force dispersion equation.Based on chapter 2, mathematic model to simulate solute movements in groundwater is established in chapter 3. In order to gain the solution of fluid equation, ADI method is used to calculate . As to water quality equation, limit units method is used. In this article, Galerkin method is employed to calculate water quality equation, and FORTRAN program is compiled accordingly. The model is applied to district between mark 14+330 and 16+280 located at the right of GanDong dam, solute movements in groundwater is simulated. Results show that the model is adaptable, the algorithm is effective, and'is valuable in theory and application.hi the end of the paper, conclusion and research tendency are summarized briefly.
