Ectomycorrhizal Fungus Flora Survey For Several Main Tree Species In Daqingshan Mountain

Recently, the deteriorating environment and the destroyed plant cover of Daqingshan Mountain make it necessary to improve the status quo by the means of micorrhizal biotechnology. Nevertheless , to obtain the native mycorrhizal fungus species becomes the key to the recovering of plants and the improvement of environment with that technology. This paper investigated the fungus flora of 8 main tree species, which are Pinus tabulaeformis, Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr, Betula platyphylla suk, Ostryopsis davidiana Decne, Ulmus pumila L. ,Quercus liaotungensis Koidz, Populus davidiana Dode, Prunus ansu, in Daqingshan Mountain. The survey shows that there found mycorrhizae in all the 7 tree species beside Prunus ansu. Through differentiating, we understand that these ectomycorrhizal fungi are 8 different species which are subordinated to 6 families and 7 genera. These mycorrhizal fungi are Cenococcum geophilum, Suillus lutens, Suillus granulatus, Scleroderma polyrhizum, Trichoco squarrucosum, Paxillus inolvolutus, Amanita vaqinata and Lactarus deliciosus. By isolating those mycorrhizal fungi, we got 14 strains, from which we selected 4 strains under pure culture condition. These four are PLarix-2,PBetula-2, BOstryopsis-1 and WPinus-2. The synthetical experiment proved that the effect of PLarix-2 in improving the growth of Pinus tabulaeformis is most prominent, and that of WPinus-2 and BOstryopsis-1 is prominent too , while the effect of PBetula-2 is not noticeable compared with the normal one.
