Three parts are concluded in this thesis.In the first part, we simply introduce the hierarchical decision problem and interaction decision problem. Based on the research to the economic system which involves two equal planners, we present a kind of linear interaction programming problem (LIPP). The existence of its equilibrium solution is provided under suitable conditions.In part two of this dissertation , a general interaction programming of interactive system which has m subsystems is introduced according to the Productions and Resources Distribution Model(PRDM). Also, we define three kinds of solutions of it. After transforming the IPP into a single-level and single-object optimum problem, the relation between their solutions >s discussed.Finally, we transform1 the IPP into two types of Bi-level Programming Problems (BP) equally by supposing a higher planner. Then we can use the presented results on BP to study the IPP. At last, a exact penalty function approach is presented.
