We have implemented the method of Wei to calculate the exchange of mass across the thermal tropopause during 1979-1996 year around the Tibetan Plateau using NCEP dataset .We also calculate the annual variation of aerosol and ozone on the isobaric surface of 100 millibar using SAGEII dataset. We find: 1) there is strong air transform from troposphere into stratosphere and increase along with time in summer in the area from the Tibetan Plateau to the Bengal Bay, one of centers in north of the Bengal Bay and the other centers in the southeast of Tibetan Plateau. Mass transform in others seasons are from stratosphere into troposphere. 2) There is net 14. 84X 101 8kg mass transform from troposphere into stratosphere during summer. So the area from Tibetan Plateau to the Bengal Bay is a channels trough which air mass into stratosphere from troposphere. 3) Bottom抯 aerosol may be arrive in the tropopause with the mass which through the tropopause around the Tibetan Plateau. It can make aerosol to increase and ozone to decrease near the tropopause around the Tibetan Plateau.
