Establishment Of AchE-like Abzyme And The Primary Study

According to the theory of "Internal image of an engyme active site",Acetylcholinesterase was used to immune BALB/C and white rabbits to prepare McAbs and polyantibody respectively. Three lines 3H9, 2B6 and 1A5 of secreting anti-bodies were established through B lymphocyte fusion technology. The cell culture medium of 3H9 displayed 60U activity, and the latter has nearly activity of normal human serum cholinesterase. With another method, the cell culture medium of 3H9 was 2067U, and the activity of ascites was 3098U. while normal level was 2000U.Two hours after injection of anti-idiotypic antibody 3H9 into mice tail vein, organophosphorus agents was affused in mice stomach. Twelve hours later, 2 mice of test group (20 mice) were died, while 18 in control group (20 mice). This phenomenon may have implications for the preventive use of anti-idiotypic antibody against toxicosis of organophosphorus agents.
