Studies On Photosynthesis And Respiration Patterns Of The Rhizomatous Grasses

This test study on the physiological patternts on the rhizomatous grasses. The result showed: the net photosynthesis rate had some accordance with the chlorophyll content, the nitrate redutase activity , and the peroxidose activity; the day variation of the net photosynthesis rate of rhizome forage grasses belonged to the ouble peak type? the lower ratio of the root cap was, the earlier the first peak occurred, and the longer the time of he noon drop? was. The net photosynthesis rate had a positive directive ratio with the leaf temperature in a definite time, but it would be controlled apperently by the supper high temperature of the leaf. The leaf temperature is positively relevant with the air temperature, but negitively relevant with the free air relative humidity; the shorter the rihzome was, the higher the seed produetion was, the longer the rihzome was, the lower the seed production was.
