In this paper, a series of characteristics of CSP-2-P are studied with the methodnamed Transition Probability Flow Graphs (TPFG).It introduces some basic knowledge about TPFG systematically; with the help ofthe method, the paper firstly finds out the TPFG on CSP-2-P during the period ofSampling Inspection (SI), and further more gets the E n of the r.v. fl. Compared withthe historical effects, it obtains a result: neither system samplings random samplingnor probability sampling can influence the E n. When deals with the TransitionProbability Functions (TPF), it firstly recommends two symmetrical functions, P(x)and Q(x). We may call P(x) as "the function coming through a bad route" and call theQ(x) as "the function coming through a good route". Besides some goodcharacteristics of themselves, P(x) and Q(x) are very important in dealing with TPF.They are able to make many functions more simple and clear. They also make theinference process easy and regular. With the theory of TPFG and other methods introduced in the paper, we get themost important effect of the article: the right mathematical express of AOQ(t) onCSP-2-P.Use the method in this paper, we can verify that (EZ ?ER) in AOQ(t) ofCSP-1-P is zero. At the same time, the AOQ(t) of CSP-3-P is given.
