In this paper, by X-ray radiation diffraction technique, we cut and directed two transparent and colorless PbWO4 scintillating crystals grown by a modified Bridgman method. On the basis of measuring its Raman spectra(20cm 1200cm under four kinds of geometrical configurations and analyzing its vibration modes in the two different structures by the group theory, the structure of PbWO4 crystals grown from a stoichiometric melt is determined to be the scheelite strcture. By compared with other scheelite scintillators crystals, we ascribe the blue luminescent center to the regular lattice WO 42, but the Pb> has an important effect. According to the structure of PbWO4, We denied the viewpoint that green luminescent center is (W03 + F). Finally, we measured the crystal luminescent spectra.
