Because of the shortage of oil&gas, more and more attention is caught to offshore oil exploitation. And the sea ice is the biggest issue which damaged the safety and normal production of platform in the winter in Bohai Sea, expecially in Liaodong bay. This paper keeps attention to the interaction between sea ice and platform by numerial simulation. The select of ice parameter is one of the most important steps in oil platform design. With the datas from spot, we simulate the probability distribution of flat ice thickness and ice velocity. And with the distribution, we get the extreme value of one return period. we deduce the data of compressive strength and get its probable distribution. There is the formula used to caculate static ice force in the rule of platform design, but no about dynamic ice force model. It is a necessary work to confirm the constitutive model before the study on the interaction between ice and platform.According to the viscoelastic mechanics, an ice constitutive model which is related to the difference pull or compress yield strength and strain rate, is established with the LS-DYNA software. Based on the FEM model, we research the interaction between the sea ice and the platform model in time domain, and then analyze the result of the crash and the curves which illustrate the relationship between the time and the ice force. With the ANSYS software, we introduce the D-P material yield criteria of rock-soil mechanics and establish a sea ice model based on the elastic-plastic mechanics. Combining with the study of probability distribution of sea ice parameters previous, we use Monte- Carlo's method of random sampling to simulate the ice-cone interaction in certain distance. Then we get the distribution of contact ice force, and analyze its probability's sensitivity. The results povide the refenence for the designing of resist ice platform.
