MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small 19-25 nucleotide non-coding RNAs which guide translational repression or mRNA cleavage by binding partially or perfectly complement with their target sites in the 3'untranslated region. And miRNAs have been demonstrated to have important roles in a diverse range of physiological or pathological processes, such as development, cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and tumor genesis and so on.The role of how miRNA regulate target UTR is one important area of miRNA research. Nowadays, researches are mainly focus on how single miRNA regulate target gene while the regulation between multi-miRNAs and a single UTR are seldom touched.To compensate the shortage mentioned above, we make in-depth research of the regulation between multi-miRNAs and a single UTR. On the one hand, by integrating different kinds of software, we generates the prediction software COPRDICT and complete corresponding competitive target selection and synergy target selection. On the other hand, considering the many factors on the relationship of the inhibition rates, we found that the No. of total target, No. of competition targets, No. of synergy targets and target density represent significant regulatory role, while the free energy and the score is not significant at all.Furthermore, we build our initial regression model by using the"stepwise regression"method, and all these funding will make a solid foundation to our further research.
