CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) has been a well developed academic discipline because that numerous general software packet in CFD have come forth and turn into commercial codes in the last twenty years, and gradually become an effective instrument of engineering problems. The topic of this thesis is the applications of CFD in the research of airflow characteristics of SHENLING ZK240 central air-conditioning chassis, the shape factor of wire LGJ400/50 and the windage yaw numerical simulation of 4 bundled wires, cell culture parallel-plate device design and the analysis of shear stress. In the research of airflow characteristics of SHENLING ZK240 central air-conditioning chassis, using computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation methods. The smallest overall pressure drop in chassis as the objective function, in view of the relative positions of the each function were compared optimized, and has been optimized chassis model, the overall pressure drop lower than the original chassis model by 14%; numerical simulation the flow characteristics of optimized chassis models, require the use of power characteristic of the fan is given in the recommendations and guidance; simulation optimized chassis model the velocity vector figure, pressure and temperature distribution figure, for the relevant technical staff to provide reference. In the research of wire LGJ400/50 shape factor and 4 bundled wires windage yaw numerical simulation, First, simulate the shape factor of LGJ400/50 wire and has compared with related standards; Second, simulate the wires windage yaw, wires windage yaw displacement is proportional to the square of the wind speed, under the same wind speed, windage yaw displacement of the ice wire is larger than no ice wire. In the research of cell culture parallel-plate device design and analysis of shear stress, determine the cell culture fluid flow trough suitable length, width, height, location of the cell growth region; Compared the cell culture medium were used as Newtonian fluid and non-Newtonian fluid, shear stress is different from that cell culture medium can not be used as Newtonian fluid; final fitting the non-Newtonian fluid flow and shear stress relationship.
