Niche is a very important concept in ecology, and it constitutes Niche Theory together with Niche Law. Because Niche Theory could show the universal law of survival and competition in the natural, it can not only be used in biological field, but also be used in every field of human society, and it has become a powerful research tool of modern science. However, since neglecting complete immersions of system and environment, subjective and objective, observer and the observed, the available approaches usually miss underlying complex connections among elements that should be detected by general observation. That is, the present research methods of niche can not deal with the complex multivariate data well, so the research work of niche especially multidimensional niche could not progress substantively so as to limit the applications of Niche Theory. In this paper, we faced the bottleneck of research method progress of niche -- dynamic analyses on complex multivariate data, and then proposed new research idea, that is: let the research work of multidimensional niche promote the dynamic analyses on complex multivariate data, so as to attain the physical theory of complex systems; in turn the physical theory of complex systems will help to find out the dynamic characteristics of complex multivariate data, and then boost the progress of research method of niche.In this paper, we first re-examined and reviewed the developing history of neoteric physics and the efforts made by contemporary physics, found out the problem existed in physics– the fundamental assumption of primitive particle has its limits, and also showed the necessity and importance of developing the physical theory of complex systems. By understanding the conception of information, this paper proposed generative informosome as arche initiatively, and then built a new physical model which will generate matters. In the meanwhile, we also developed the conception of information to generalized information, and proposed MFP as basic physical principle. The general equation generated from MFP could greatly correspond with different motion patterns in different systems that are orbits in conservative systems, dissipative structures in dissipative systems and ordered structures in complex systems. Apparently, the physical theory based on informosome (as arche) could be the physical theory of complex systems. Finally, based on the theory, by using ANN we developed a set of numerical simulation methods, and then formed a completed new framework of physics to deal with complex multivariate data from theoretical analysis to numerical simulation.Based on the new framework of physics, we developed a new completed set of research method of niche, and applied to population, community and ecological assessment. This research approach could not only define the conception of niche exactly, but also reflect actual pictures of niche iconically. In this paper, we applied the research method of niche based on the new framework of physics to the complexity of chemical structures, the origin and evolution of lives, the evolution and development of cities, the ups and downs of stock market and the formation, construction of eco-industry Parks, and the problems of consciousness in neuroscience and obtained satisfactory results. These applications proved that the research method of niche based on the new framework of physics is not only better than the present research methods, but also has practical directive significance for the study of complex systems.
