Zhaozhou oil field takes Putaohua and Fuyu oil layer as the two main producing reservoirs. There are good regional assemblages of source rock, reservoir and caprock in Zhou 371 block and Putaohua oil layer put into exploitation. However, Fuyu oil layer is still in the preliminary exploration stage, and most of the area remains blank due to the complex structure. Because of its complex tectonic framework, structure control of a significant effect on reservoir, the structural characteristics of the block were studied in detail, and its control on the accumulation of hydrocarbons has been analyzed in this paper, in order to guide the favorable zone evaluation and pre-zone trap exploration.Firstly, Fuyu oil layer classification and correlation in the 371 block are proceed by making use of logging and seismic data. Then, the establishment of the Fuyu oil layer in the region stratigraphic framework emerged. Begin with the 3D seismic data structure explanation, the growth fault's geometric and activity feature which developed in Fuyu oil formation were quantity studied, and the genetic mechanism of the fault was also analysed. Through composing balanced section, the history of structural evolution was resumed.East West High-lying low in Member 4 of Quantou Formation of Zhou 371 block in Zhaozhou oilfield, the fault is extremely developed. The fracture system is described in the section and plane of the occurrence of peace, the combination of relations and distribution. Through the fault growth index and fault throw statistical analysis, it shows that most of the faults were active during K1q4 and more intense during F2 than F1. According to it, we classified them as F2 period contemporaneous faults, F1 period contemporaneous faults and fellow fault. Basement faulting caused the extension in nearly E-W direction , forcing the main faults in nearly S-N direction to generate. And then, other 3 species strike fault derived. Tectonic evolution analysis showed that this area continuing in the extension in nearly E-W direction from K1q4 to K1n1,Since then squeezed the superimposition.In the full understanding of the area on the basis of sedimentary background, based on the comprehensive utilization of core, logging and seismic data, it had a systematic study of microfacies types and vertical phase sequence of Fuyu oil layer in Zhou 371 block. Then, the control action of structural features and evolution to sedimentary facies distribution, migration and control of sandbodies distribution had been studied, and plane distribution of sedimentary microfacies and sandbodies been predicted.Based on the above research, the relationship between structural features and oil or gas accumulation was analysed. First, structure control the reservoir-cap combination, and faults are dominant in the role of sealling petroleum. Second, faults play a decisive role on hydrocarbon migration, and the matching of faults and sandbodies is the key factor of hydrocarbon accumulation. Last, with the determination that no significant structural damage to the reservoir, the favorable area evaluation of Zhou 371 block had been done.
