Design And Realization Of Map Management Information System

Today military construction is being developed to information, the traditional manual-style map management method can not keep up the pace of military construction of information, setting up a fast and accurate mutual unicom automated digital map information management platform, has become top priority to map of storage , management, and social security department (Generally military surveying and mapping information centers).This paper uses software engineering design concepts, designes the hierarchically structure and the main functions of the map management information system, according to the needs analysis; Starts from themap analysis of the management of security operations of the flow, give the specific design of the database program. Finally developes an Based C/S map management information system application example--Shenyang Military Region Map Management Information System for the practice.This paper has completed following several aspects work mainly:1. studies the demand for information of military surveying and mapping information centers in detail, determines the overall system design goals and basic principles.2.Designs hierarchically structure and main functions of the map management information system.3.Studies the map of the operational management of the protection of flow, gives a specific database design.4.Explores the way of VC visit Oracle ,gives through the method of OCI function packaged as class to visit the database data (including spatial data).5.Studies the combination of business operations with database technology, produces various functional modules of the map management information system to concrete realization..6.Developes an example of application system for the practice.
