Sandwich structure as a composite material structure, because of its superior material properties, is widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, train locomotives, sports equipment, medical equipment accessories and other fields. In recent years, large-scale use of wind turbine blade in a special composite material structure - rectangular sandwich structure filled with porous materials. Therefore, its numerical calculation method of study is very necessary in numerical analysis of wind turbine blade structure.In this paper, rectangular sandwich structure filled with porous materials as a research object, a lot of researches was did on the Poisson's ratio equivalent mechanics parameters of the structure of sandwich core, the physical model and equivalent model of sandwich structure and numerical analysis of wind turbine blade structure.The paper referenced the cross equivalent model focusing on the core of rectangular sandwich structure filled with porous materials, then deduced the Poisson's ratio equivalent mechanics parameters of the structure of sandwich core by the mechanical analysis assumed that the structure of sandwich core body by the one-way stress.Based on the actual characteristics of the rectangular sandwich structure filled with porous materials, the surface panels and the structure of sandwich core of rectangular sandwich structure filled with porous materials are equivalent to orthotropic composite materials. And the full equivalent mechanical parameters of structure of sandwich core as finite element analysis of the input parameters in equivalent model of sandwich structure. Comparison on the inherent frequency, stress distribution, displacement deformation were obtained between entity model and equivalent model of sandwich structure under the same external load and boundary conditions through the finite element analysis.Finally, calculation method for the equivalent model of the sandwich structure applied to skin of the wind turbine blade. Inherent frequency, stress distribution, displacement deformation of wind turbine blade under the given loads was calculated by using ANSYS finite element software. The application of feasibility and rationality of calculation method for the equivalent model of the sandwich structure in wind turbine blade was verified.
