Fluorescent quantum dot anti-counterfeiting technology belongs to the scope of nano-physics, high-tech anti-counterfeiting technology. It is the latest research results of nano anti-counterfeiting technology. It is of great significance for the anti-counterfeiting technology. The establishment of a new type of using near-infrared fluorescent quantum dots as an information carrier of anti-counterfeiting methods is the goal of the paper. On the basis of research work of testing method, paper developed the anti-counterfeit detection system. The main contents of this article: (1) Design of single-wavelength and multi-wavelength fluorescence quantum dot anti-counterfeiting technology program; (2)Build optical inspection platform and verify the feasibility of design; (3)Design security detection system, optical testing equipment converts the fluorescent signal to voltage signal which inputs analysis software based on Labview7.0 to decode.The principal innovation of this article: Fluorescent quantum dot has the narrow width of emission peak which is symmetrical, a wavelength of light can stimulate a variety of quantum dots. Using coding technique, fluorescence characteristic peaks are taken as anti-counterfeiting markers, so information is loaded in the fluorescence of quantum dots. The experimental results show that the security design the scheme is feasible. The results of study have important guiding significance to the near-infrared fluorescent quantum dots for security identification and open a broader space for anti-counterfeiting technology.
