The thesis topic is based on "the South Dabancheng District Borg copper resource planning" project proposed. Copper-gold mineralization by Dabancheng with copper have been explored within the Tong Gou , Miaoer Gou,Wei Cao Gou, Xing Shu Gou deposits (points) research and analysis found: ore bodies is controled by the stratum, structure and igneous rocks and other geological factors. After a study found that ore bodies are riching and Thickening in the deep, so the area has great potential for deep exploration.The main purpose of thesis is to ascertain the geological mineralization abnormalities, electrical property contrast of various rocks and ore, electromagnetic anomaly, IP anomaly, and to Establish geophysics - geology prospecting indicator, abstract geological - geophysical model, and then, roughly to determine possible directional distribution and size of the concealed copper ore body in Dabancheng Baiyanggou copper ore body. This will provide theoretical basis for the mineral investigate.The main research approach is Transient Electromagnetic Methods meanwhile supplemented induced polarization method, comprehensive geological survey and ore-controlling factors. Geophysical and geological field data collection and installation work make use of ArcGIS platform and mobile GIS platform to start working.Advantage of this method is a good effect to overcome the terrain, so efficiency and accuracy have a greatly improved. The data preprocessing use Large rectangular loop source electromagnetic inversion program FLTEM. As FLTEM process mapping software have not the operational flexibility and the spatial data interpolation methods are simple, so the results can not be a more realistic reflection of the actual geological conditions. The secondary process use ArcGIS Geostatistical Analyst module to plot of apparent resistivity Contours maps, the results show mapping quality higher than the former, And better reflect the actual geological conditions. Interpretation of electromagnetic data take all factors into consideration.It include the study of characteristics of the deposit and ore-controlling factors in Dabancheng District, the knoeledge of rock and electrical property contrast of various rocks and ore and geological condition, characteristics of electromagnetic anomaly, characteristics of induced polarization anomaly and ore-controlling factors . finally, I abstract geological - geophysical mode and propose technical methods to find concealed ore body in Dabancheng.
