This paper studies fuzzy measures and convergence of complex fuzzy measurable functions and expansion of complex fuzzy measure. Specifically as follows:(1)The new concept of complex fuzzy measure is introduced, and discusses their some continuities and properties.(2)On the basis of the definition of complex Fuzzy measurable functions, we study its decision theorem, and further study their convergence theorem of sequence and their relation. It builds the certain foundation for the study of complex fuzzy integral.(3)Discussed the necessary and sufficient conditions of the expansion of complex fuzzy measure, obtained some important properties, and proved them.These are further generalization of the related results in real fuzzy measures.
